About Me

My name is Marguerite Ammerman and I am a senior. I am planning on playing volleyball at either the University of New Haven , the University of Tampa, or SUNY Cortland and to study criminology. I have been playing volleyball for six years and currently play the position of libero/defensive special on a club team called Cut Shot Volleyball. My favorite food is pizza and chinese food. My favorite color is lime green and my favorite animal is a giraffe.

Educational Technology and Copyright Law Analysis

I learned that copyright is federal law that protects original works. There are four rights that you have after something is copyright. They are to reproduce the copyrighted work, display the copyrighted work publicly, prepare derivative works, and distribute copies of the copyrighted work to public by sale, rental, or lending the image or work. Your copyrighted images can be used for educational use. In other cases, licensed photos can only be used if credit is given to the photographer or artist.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Coming in March

The Galaxy S6 is expected to be different from the other Samsung Galaxies. There are six things to expect from the Samsung Galaxy 6.

1. Better design. The Galaxy now will have a metal exterior. 

2. Better software.  Samsung will  make a lot of its add-on software an optional download which will free up space in your phone.
3. Color variety ... except for black. Colors such as dark blue, blue-green, gold are being considered as colors for the new Galaxy S6 but black will not be an option. 

4. Phone with an "Edge." There is a curve in the design of the phone's screen.
